Secondary Education Degree


The Auburn Montgomery undergraduate programs in Secondary Education are designed to prepare junior and senior high school teachers (grades 6-12) with:

    • A general education program consisting of required courses and electives approved by the student’s academic advisor.
    • An academic major in one or more of the major instructional areas of the secondary school curriculum.
    • A full semester of internship in a P-12 school. Student must apply to professional education in order to take upper division work.
